right after thanksgiving last year, i started stock piling new fabrics that were bright, airy & felt like summer to me. i was getting ready to work on my spring & summer 2012 product line for the shop…. and now it’s all done! i’ve been working so hard & sewing so late into the night to get everything ready for this big debut. i’m so proud of how far the shop has come in the last nine months & excited by the fact that i have a seasonal line of items now! this is not something that has happened overnight; if you want to open your own shop, but don’t know where to start, there are online universities offering classes in small business administration, fashion design, merchandising, advertising, and more!
